Our Service Times:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am til 4:00 pm (CET)
Friday: 9:00 am til 12:00 pm (CET)
We ship all our parcels with DHL from our warehouse in Germany.
Your order usually leaves our warehouse on the same day or after 1-2 working days at the latest and makes its way to you.
You will always receive a tracking link from us and the dispatch is insured.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
